连采连充工作面支巷支护技术实践研究

为了解决连采连充逐巷充填开采工作面顶板下沉量大、支巷围岩持续变形等问题,以利民矿1号充填区域1101工作面为工程背景,根据其生产地质条件,通过连采连充工作面支巷围岩物理力学性质,建立数值计算模型,综合分析了连采连充不同回采方式、生产循环过程及围岩状态影响下支巷的围岩稳定性,确定了利民矿连采连充支巷差异化支护技术.现场的工业性试验结果表明,该技术应用效果良好,为相似条件下逐巷充填开采工艺提供了参考和借鉴.
Practical research on supporting technology for continuous mining and filling working face branch roadway
In order to solve the problems of large subsidence of the roof and continuous deformation of the branch roadway surrounding rock in the continuous mining and filling working face,taking the No.1101 working face in the No.1 filling area of Limin Mine as the engineering background,according to its production geological conditions,a numerical calculation model was established through the physical and mechanical properties of the branch roadway surrounding rock in the continuous mining and filling working face.The stabil-ity of the branch roadway surrounding rock under different mining methods,production cycles,and surrounding rock states was compre-hensively analyzed,and the differentiated supporting technology for the continuous mining and filling branch roadway in Limin Mine was determined.The industrial test results on site show that the application effect of this technology is good,providing reference and inspira-tion for the filling mining process of each roadway under similar conditions.
