Research and application of anti-wear technology of discharge arm of central feeder in thermal power plants
In order to solve the phenomenon of coal slurry mixed with secondary raw coal bunker shed coal in the furnace,set up a cen-tral coal feeder at the lower part of the raw coal bunker to solve the problem of shed coal.The anti-wear and online processing of the un-loading arm,which is the core component of the central feeder,have become problems and troubles faced by the users of the central feeder.The research and analysis on the problems existing in the operation of the unloading arm of the central feeder was conducted,and the installation of a high manganese steel movable front at the front end of the unloading arm was renovated,completely solving the tech-nical problems of anti-wear and online processing of the unloading arm of the central feeder.
