为有效避免因坚硬顶板悬顶造成工作面冲击危险性升高的问题,以宽沟煤矿Ⅰ010206工作面为研究对象,采用磨砂射流轴向切顶技术,并根据现场实际设计了关键技术参数.实践表明,磨砂射流轴向切顶技术能够有效降低坚硬顶板的强度,围岩活动和动载效应减弱,防冲效果良好.
Application of abrasive jet axial roof cutting technology in hard roof working face
In order to effectively avoid the problem of increased risk of impact on the working face caused by the suspension of the hard roof,taking the Ⅰ 010206 working face of Kuangou Coal Mine as the research object,the abrasive jet axial roof cutting technology was proposed,and key technical parameters were designed based on the actual site conditions.Practice shows that the abrasive jet axial roof cutting technology can effectively reduce the strength of the hard roof,weaken surrounding rock activity and dynamic load effects,and a-chieve good anti impact effects.
