年产百万吨工作面高效充填综采技术

为实现峰峰矿区“三下”压煤区域煤炭资源安全高效开采,对年产百万吨工作面综采工艺、充填系统、设备选型、地表变形控制等进行了研究.充填开采效果表明:充填开采工作面地表塌陷区变形控制在88 mm以内,开采塌陷引起的建(构)筑物损害可控制在Ⅰ级采动影响范围内,可实现充填开采工作面年产量超过100万t,并处理矸石60万t/a,粉煤灰30万t/a,延长矿区服务年限20年.
Technology of Fully Mechanized High Efficient Backfill Coal Mining with Annual Production of One Million Tons
In order to realize the safety and high efficient mining of the coal resources under the surface buildings,railway and water body in Fengfeng Mining Area,the fully mechanized coal mining technology,backfill system,equipment selection,surface ground deformation control and others of the coal mining face with annual coal production of one million tons were conducted.The backfill mining effect showed that the deformation of the surface ground subsidence area above the backfill coal mining face was controlled within 88 mm and the damage of the surface buildings caused by the mining subsidence could be controlled within Ⅰ grade mining influence range.The annual coal production of the backfill mining face was realized over one million tons.There were coal rejects with 600 000 t and fly ash with 300 000 t annually applied to backfill operation of the coal mining face.The service life of the mining area was extended by 20 years.
