针对大型矿业集团缺乏信息化生产管控手段的现状,研发了煤矿智能生产管理系统.该系统凝练了神华集团多年高产高效的管理思想和管理实践,实现了煤矿主要生产业务流程的标准化、规范化.通过建模技术,利用协同理论和优化算法,实现了生产接续计划与设备配套、搬家倒面、人力资源、月作业计划的衔接与协同,完成了煤炭生产各业务环节的数据衔接与自动匹配.该智能生产管理系统已在神华下属的神东集团推广应用,形成了覆盖集团、二级公司、矿井的统一生产管理平台,接续计划编制时间由原来每次10 d降低到目前每次2d,实现节约管理人员78人,矿井综合单产从50万t/月提高到53万L/月,全员工效从114 L/工提高到123t/工,提高了煤矿的生产效率及生产管控能力.
Aiming at the actuality of the large mining groups lack of information production control means,developed the mine intelligent production management system.The system is concise,optimize the formation of Shenhua Group years striving for high yield and high efficiency of advanced management thoughts and management practice,the major coal production business process standardization and normalization.By modeling technology,the collaborative theory and optimization algorithm,achieved the synergistic convergence of the production connecting plan with the supporting equipment,move and change working face,human resources,monthly production plan,and also completed and matching the data link of coal production of the various business segments.The system was applied in Shenhua Shendong Group,developed a unified production management platform covering group,secondary enterprise and coal mine.It improves the efficiency of coal mine production.The time to compile production connecting plan is reduced from the original 10 days to the current 2 days at each time,saving 78 management staff.Mine integrated yield from 500 000 t/month increases to 530 000 t/month and the total efficiency from 114 t increases to 123 t per worker.
