摘要
目的 探讨六味安消散联合莫沙必利治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析2020年7月至2022年7月内蒙古包头市第八医院消化内科收治的106例慢性功能性便秘患者资料.采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组53例.对照组单独使用莫沙必利治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用六味安消散,比较两组治疗后1个月的疗效.结果 试验组治疗总有效率96.23%,高于对照组79.25%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组治疗后大便干结、腹胀、腹痛、面黄和食欲不振缓解时间均短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗前焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组心理状态均有改善,试验组上述两项评分均低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).随访3个月,试验组便秘量表、便秘生活质量量表评分均低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 莫沙必利是治疗慢性功能性便秘的有效药物,在此基础上联用中药六味安消散可进一步提高治疗效果.
Abstract
Objectice To explore the clinical effect of Liuwei'an powder combined with mosapride in the treatment of chronic functional constipation.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the data of 106 patients with chronic functional constipation admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology,Baotou Eighth Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022.The patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The patients in the con-trol group were treated with mosapride alone,and the patients in the test group were treated with Liuweian Dispersal on the basis of mosapride.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared one month af-ter treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.23%,which was higher than 79.25%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The relief time of dry stools,bloating,abdominal pain,sallow complexion,and loss of appetite in the experimental group patients after treatment was faster than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups'psycho-logical states improved,and the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After a follow-up of three months,the constipation score and constipation quality of life score of the experimental group patients were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The adverse reac-tion rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Mosapride is an effective drug for the treatment of chronic functional constipation.On this basis,the combination of Liuwei'an Xiaosan,a traditional Chinese medicine,can further improve the treatment effect,.
