Effect of family-involved scenario simulation intervention on self-esteem,coping style and quality of life of children with school-age epilepsy

摘要
目的 探讨家属参与的情景模拟干预对学龄期癫痫患儿自尊水平、应对方式及生活质量的影响.方法 回顾性分析2021年1月至2023年1月福州市仓山区下渡街道社区卫生服务中心84例癫痫患儿的病历资料,将2021年1月至2022年1月诊治的41例患儿作为对照组,实施常规健康宣教,将2022年2月至2023年1月诊治的43例患儿作为观察组,实施家属参与的情景模拟干预.比较两组患儿自尊水平、应对方式及生活质量.结果 干预4周后,观察组缺陷感量表(the feelings of inadequacy scale,FIS)、自尊量表(self-esteem scale,SES)评分高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预4周后,观察组简易应对方式问卷(simplified coping style questionnaire,SCSQ)积极应对部分评分高于对照组,消极应对部分评分低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预4周后,观察组癫痫儿童生活质量评定量表(quality of life in children with epilepsy-16,QOLCE-16)、健康调查简表(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)评分高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 家属参与的情景模拟干预能有效提高学龄期癫痫患儿自尊水平,改善应对方式,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of scenario simulation intervention with family participation on self-esteem,coping style and quality of life of children with school-age epilepsy.Methods A retrospec-tive analysis was carried out on the data of 84 children with epilepsy admitted to Xiadu Street Community Health Service Center in Cangshan District,Fuzhou City from January 2021 to January 2023,and 41 chil-dren diagnosed and treated from January 2021to January 2022 were used as the control group to implement routine health education,and 43 children diagnosed and treated from February 2022 to January 2023 were used as the observation group,and scenario simulation intervention with family participation was implemented,and the self-esteem,coping style and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Four weeks after the intervention,the defect perception scale(FIS)and self-esteem scale(SES)score of the observation group had a significant improvement compared with the control group(P<0.05);4 weeks after the intervention,the simplified response style scale(SCSQ)actively coping part of the scoring of the obser-vation group was significantly improved compared with the control group,and the passive coping part of the scoring of the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).Com-pared with the control group,the quality of life in children with epilepsy-16(QOLCE-16)and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score of the observation group had a significant improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion Scenario simulation intervention with family participation can effectively improve the self-esteem level of children with school-age epilepsy,improve coping styles,and improve quality of life.
