目的 观察壮骨通痹丸联合唑来膦酸治疗膝骨关节炎合并骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效。方法 将90例膝骨关节炎合并骨质疏松症且仅膝关节有不适症状的患者随机分为A、B、C三组，每组30例。A组予口服碳酸钙片、骨化三醇胶丸，及在治疗第7天予静脉滴注唑来膦酸注射液;B组予口服碳酸钙片、骨化三醇胶丸及壮骨通痹丸;C组则在A组治疗基础上予口服壮骨通痹丸;三组治疗周期均为8周。分别观察比较三组病例治疗前、治疗结束时膝关节的视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale，VAS)评分和西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(Western Ontario and Mc-Master University osteoarthritis index，WOMAC)评分。结果 治疗结束时三组病例膝关节VAS评分及WOMAC评分均较本组治疗前明显下降，且B组优于A组，C组优于A、B两组。治疗过程中A组有5例、C组有4例在静脉滴注唑来膦酸注射液后出现发热、肌痛、流感样症状等，予对症处理后症状消失，三组其余病例均未见明显相关不良反应。结论 膝骨关节炎与骨质疏松存在相关性，壮骨通痹丸联合唑来膦酸治疗膝骨关节炎合并骨质疏松症且仅膝关节有不适症状的患者的临床疗效更佳，未增加联合用药的不良反应。
Clinical effect of treatment of knee osteoarthritis combined with osteoporosis with Zhuanggu Tongbi pills
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhuanggu Tongbi pills in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis combined with osteoporosis.Methods 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis combined with osteoporosis and only knee joint discomfort symptoms were randomly divided into three groups:A group,B group and C group,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was given oral calcium carbonate tab-lets,calcitriol gel pills and intravenous zoledronic acid injection on the 7th day of treatment.Group B was given oral calcium carbonate tablets,calcitriol gel pills and Zhuanggu Tongbi pills.Group C was given oral Zhuanggu Tongbi pills on the basis of group A treatment.All three groups had a treatment cycle of 8 weeks.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score of knee joint before treatment and at the end of treatment were observed and com-pared in the three groups.Results At the end of treatment,the knee VAS score and WOMAC score of the three groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,and group B was better than group A,and group C was better than group A and group B.During the treatment,5 cases in group A and 4 cases in group C developed fever,myalgia,influenza-like symptoms,etc.after intravenous zoledronic acid injection,and the symptoms disappeared after symptomatic treatment,and no obvious related adverse reactions were seen in the remaining three groups.Conclusion There is a correlation between knee osteo-arthritis and osteoporosis,and the combination of Zhuanggu Tongbi pills combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis combined with osteoporosis,and only patients with knee joint discomfort symptoms,the clinical effect is better,and the adverse reactions of combined drugs are not increased.
