摘要

目的观察含多柔比星脂质体的R-miniCHOP方案联合来那度胺治疗老年初治弥漫大细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,DLBCL)的效果及安全性.方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年1月内蒙古自治区人民医院收治的初发18例老年(≥70岁)初治DLBCL患者,均以含多柔比星脂质体的R-miniCHOP方案联合来那度胺口服治疗.随访患者恢复情况.结果 18例患者治疗完全缓解(complete response,CR)38.89%、部分缓解(partial response,PR)33.33%、疾病进展(progressive disease,PD)11.11%,总有效72.22%.不良反应主要有肝损害、血液学毒性等,经对症治疗缓解.结论含多柔比星脂质体的R-miniCHOP方案联合来那度胺对于治疗老年弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤,患者多可耐受、疾病稳定性好、生活质量高.

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of R-minichop combined with pegylated liposomal doxorubicin and lenalidomide in the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in the elderly patients.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,18 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma aged over 70 years were treated with R-minichop combined with pegylated liposomal doxorubicin and lenalidomide Pa-tients are followed up on their recovery.Results In 18 patients,38.89% of the patients had complete re-mission,33.33% had partial remission and 11.11% had disease progression,the total effective rate was 72.22%.The adverse reactions mainly include liver damage,hematological toxicity,etc.most of them can be relieved by symptomatic treatment.Conclusion R-minichop combined with pegylated liposomal doxoru-bicin and lenalidomide is a good treatment for elderly patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,which is more tolerable and has a stable quality of life.
