The effect of R-minichop combined with pegylated liposomal doxorubicin and lenalidomide in the treatment of 18 cases diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in the elderly
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of R-minichop combined with pegylated liposomal doxorubicin and lenalidomide in the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in the elderly patients.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,18 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma aged over 70 years were treated with R-minichop combined with pegylated liposomal doxorubicin and lenalidomide Pa-tients are followed up on their recovery.Results In 18 patients,38.89% of the patients had complete re-mission,33.33% had partial remission and 11.11% had disease progression,the total effective rate was 72.22%.The adverse reactions mainly include liver damage,hematological toxicity,etc.most of them can be relieved by symptomatic treatment.Conclusion R-minichop combined with pegylated liposomal doxoru-bicin and lenalidomide is a good treatment for elderly patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,which is more tolerable and has a stable quality of life.
