Analysis of cervical cancer screening results of 8194 women aged 35-64 in Shizhu Tujia Autonomous County,Chongqing manuscript in 2022
Objective To analyze the cervical cancer screening results of women aged 35-64 in Shizhu Tujia Autonomous County,Chongqing manuscript in 2022.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of participants in cervical cancer screening in Shizhu Tujia Autonomous County in 2022.Results In 2022,a total of 8 194 women aged 35-64 participated in cervical cancer screening programs,with an av-erage age of(50.50±6.73)years old.The education level was mainly primary school or below,accounting for 69.17%(5 668/8 194),and the ethnic group was mainly Han,accounting for 53.00%(4 343/8 194).Cervical cell abnormalities accounted for 5.03%(412/8 194),with AGC accounting for 0.05%(4/8 194);HSIL accounted for 0.35%(29/8/194);LSIL accounted for 1.04(85/8/194);ASC-H accounted for 0.29%(24/8 194);ASC-US accounted for 3.30%(270/8 194).Microscopic examination and histopatho-logical examination revealed 3 cases of cervical cancer,with a detection rate of 36.61/100 000.Conclusion Conducting cervical cancer screening can help improve women's health level from the source.The coverage rate of cervical cancer screening should be gradually expanded,and the cost of cervical cancer treatment for impoverished women should be addressed to prevent returning to poverty due to illness.
