目的 了解孝感市某社区60岁及以上老年慢性病人群衰弱发生的影响因素。方法 以2023年2～6月在孝感市某社区随机抽取的275例年龄≥60岁的慢性病患者作为研究对象，收集患者的一般资料，采用衰弱量表评估患者衰弱情况，采用健康状况调查问卷SF-36(the 36-item short form health survey，SF-36)评估慢性病患者躯体健康(physical component scores，PCS)、心理健康(mental component scores，MCS)情况，采用健康素养量表评估慢性病患者健康素养水平。采用有序多因素logistic回归分析对衰弱的影响因素进行分析。结果 有序多因素回归分析结果显示，年龄、慢性病病程、健康素养水平、体力活动、MCS得分、PCS得分是老年慢性病患者衰弱的影响因素(P<0。05)。结论 孝感市某社区老年慢性病患者衰弱发生率较高，长慢性病病程、低健康素养水平、体力活动缺乏是衰弱发生的危险因素。
Occurrence of frailty and influencing factors of elderly patients with chronic diseases in a community in Xiaogan City
Objective To understand the influencing factors of the occurrence of frailty in elderly people aged 60 and above with chronic diseases in a community in Xiaogan City.Methods From February to June 2023,275 patients with chronic diseases aged≥60 were randomly selected in a community in Xiaogan City as the research subjects,and the general information of patients was collected,The FRAIL Scale was used to assess the frailty of patients,andthe 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)was used to assess the physical component scores(PCS)and mental component scores of patients with chronic diseases,and health literacy scale of chronic disease patients.Ordered multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the in-fluencing factors of weakness.Results The incidence of frailty in elderly patients with chronic diseases in a community in Xiaogan City was high,and the risk factors for the occurrence of weakness,such as long chron-ic disease course,low health literacy level,lack of physical activity.Conclusion The incidence of frailty in elderly patients with chronic diseases in a community in Xiaogan City is relatively high,and the risk factors for frailty are long chronic disease course,low health literacy level,and lack of physical activity.
