Analysis of follow-up status of HIV-infected patients and AIDS patients in Luoding City
Objective To explore the influencing factors of HIV infection and AIDS in Luoding City.Methods This study is a retrospective study.The follow-up data of some infected subjects with the current address of Luoding City were selected from the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System for discussion and analysis.A total of 60 patients were included.Gender,age,marital status,education level,contact history,route of infection,and the last CD4 test were used as dependent variables.HIV infection and patients were used as dependent variables to analyze the influencing factors affecting HIV infection to patients.Results In the statistics of baseline data,there were 30 HIV patients and 30 AIDS patients.Through single factor analysis,it was found that infection route,contact history and last CD4 were independent influencing factors of HIV and AIDS.After logistic multivariate regression analysis,it was found that infection route,contact history and last CD4 could cause a greater impression of concept stocks from HIV to AIDS,which was a risk factor for AIDS.Conclusion In Luoding city,AIDS prevention and control needs to be further improved.In order to reduce the prevalence of AIDS among HIV carriers,it is necessary to pay attention to the pa-tient's infection route,contact history and the last CD4 test.
