Triple Logic of Thought on Urban-rural Common Prosperity and Quality Development in the New Era
The theory of socialist urban-rural relations reveals that achieving urban-rural common prosperity is a goal pursued by urban-rural integration and quality development.According to the principle for holistic study of Marxism,it is necessary to grasp the spiritual essence of thought on common prosperity in the new era from the three logical dimensions of history,theory and practice.From the perspective of historical logic,it experiences the three stages of development,namely,"thought on urban-rural equality"of utopian socialism,"urban-rural integra-tion"in Marxist theory of urban-rural relations,and thought on"urban-rural prosperity"in the theory of urban-rural relations of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.From the perspective of theoretical logic,the theoretical mechanisms of urban-rural spatial integration,institutional integration and elements integration are analyzed from the dimensions of process,strategy and goal.From the perspective of practical logic,a practical approach is constructed to building an urban-rural regional coordination mechanism,a strategy integration mecha-nism,a benefit-sharing mechanism and an elements two-way mechanism,so that the goal of urban-rural common prosperity in the new era can finally be attained.
