Body,Nature and Place:An Ecological Postmodern Interpretation of Home
Toni Morrison's novel Home mainly exposes the dark side of the official"golden age"narrative of the United States of America by fabricating the personal narrative dilemma of Frank and his sister,Cee.Lotus and its black women give them the strength to get out of the dilemma and find back their black culture, which contains rich ecological postmodernism. This paper,by using Charlene Spretnak's ecological postmodernism theory, attempts to analyze this work from the perspectives of body, nature and place,in hope of excavating Morrison's forward-looking thinking to clarify a future development direction for marginalized vulnerable groups.
