Optimization of Extraction Process and Antioxidant Activity of Polyphenols from Rosa Roxburghii Tratt in Kaifeng
In order to obtain the optimization parameters of extraction conditions of polyphenols from Rosa rox-burghii Tratt in Kaifeng,based on the analysis of single factor influence test,the extraction rate of polyphenols from Rosa roxburghii Tratt was used as the index,and the ethanol volume percentage,ultrasonic extraction time and liquid-solid ratio were selected.The response surface optimization test of 3 factors and 3 levels was carried out to obtain the optimal extraction conditions and investigate its antioxidant activity.The optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions of polyphenols from Rosa roxburghii Tratt were as follows:ethanol volume percentage 53%,ultrasonic extraction time 45 min,liquid-solid ratio(mL:g)20:1.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of polyphenols from Rosa roxburghii Tratt was(4.26±0.12)%,the IC50 value of DPPH free radical was(0.03±0.004)mg/mL,and the IC50 value of hydroxyl radical was(0.07±0.005)mg/mL.The results showed that the optimized extraction process parameters of polyphenols from Rosa roxburghii Tratt were reliable,and the polyphenols from Rosa rox-burghii Tratt showed good scavenging DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical ability,which had a better good reference significance for the development and utilization of polyphenols from Rosa roxburghii Tratt resources.
