Exploration on the Experimental Teaching of Introduction to Remote Sensing in Geographical Science Majors under Teacher Education Accreditation
Introduction to Remote Sensing is a compulsory professional course for the geography science major.Under the standards and requirements of teacher education accreditation, combined with the positioning of local col-leges,and guided by the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept, this article analyzes the deficiencies in the teaching content, teaching methods, and course assessment mechanisms in the experimental teaching of"Introduc-tion to Remote Sensing"for the geographical science major, and corresponding optimization measures are proposed from the perspectives of course objectives, teaching content, teaching model, and assessment procedures. The corre-lation matrix between course objectives and graduation requirements required for teacher education accreditation,as well as the achievement of graduation objectives were both calculated. Finally, the effectiveness of the experimen-tal teaching reform of Introduction to Remote Sensing was evaluated through questionnaire surveys and peer evalua-tion.The results showed that the reformed teaching model and content could more effectively mobilize students'learning enthusiasm, thereby improve students'practical ability and innovation ability.
