On the Generation System of New Quality Productive Forces
Productivity theory is one of the most important contents of Marxist political economy,and the proposal of"new quality productive forces"is of great significance to promoting Chinese modernization and accelerating the high-quality development of China's economy.Theoretically,to develop new quality productivity conforms to the inherent law of productivity growth;historically,the level and strength of productivity is the decisive force in global competition and the game between great powers;practically,new quality productivity is a strategic choice to serve the overall situation of the CPC and China.Nowadays,to develop new quality productivity,we must accelerate the cultivation of mechanisms for generating new quality productive forces,establish and improve the generative mechanism for technological progress,the innovative mechanism for allocating production factors,and the mechanism for in-depth industrial transformation and upgrading;it is equally necessary to accelerate the construction of a policy system for the generation of new quality productivity,deepen the institutional reform of scientific research,build an ecosystem conducive to the transformation of scientific research results into real productivity,and accelerate the policy transformation from traditional industries to emerging industries and future industries.
