摘要
作为党的第二代中央领导集体的核心,邓小平在改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期把党建设成为领导社会主义现代化事业坚强领导核心的历史进程中,始终强调维护党中央权威和集中统一领导,主要体现在重视恢复提高党的威信、重建党内政治生活规范、改革完善党和国家领导体制、丰富深化领导核心内涵、维护增强党的团结统一五个方面.邓小平关于维护党中央权威和集中统一领导的思想,是中国共产党的宝贵精神财富,也是新时代新征程坚持和加强党的全面领导、坚定拥护"两个确立"、坚决做到"两个维护"的宝贵思想资源,值得认真研究和总结.
Abstract
As the core of the Party's second-generation central leadership,Deng Xiao-ping constatnly emphasized safeguarding the authority of the CPC Central Committee and its centralized and unified leadership in the historical process of building the Party into a core leading power which led the cause of socialist modernization during the new period of reform,opening up and socialist modernization.It is mainly reflected in five aspects:restoring and enhancing the Party's authority,reestablishing the norms of intra-party political activities,reforming and improving the leadership system of the Party and the country,enriching and deepening the connotation of the core leadership,and strengthening the unity and solidarity of the Party.Deng Xiao-ping's thoughts on safeguarding the authority of the CPC Central Committee and its and centralized and unified leadership are the CPC's valuable spiritual wealth worthy of careful studies as well as valuable ideological resources for upholding and strengthening the overall leadership of the CPC,firmly adhering to"establishing Comrade Xi Jin-ping s core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole and establishing the guiding role of Xi Jin-ping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era",and resolutely"upholding Comrade Xi Jin-ping's core position on the CPC Central Committee and in the Party as a whole,and resolutely upholding the Party Central Committee's authority and its centralized,unified leadership"in the new era and the new course of the new journey.
