The Due Share of Labor Income under the Goal of Common Prosperity:Its Practical Logic and Realization Conditions
China is striving for common prosperity in the new era,and to achieve this goal objectively requires that the share of labor income reaches a due level.Therefore,it is necessary to establish and analyze the scope of"the due share of labor income under the goal of common prosperity in the new era"and the thesis of"the conditions for realizing the due share of labor income under the goal of common prosperity in the new era".The due share of labor income under the goal of common prosperity in the new era has its practical logic and realization conditions.Its realization is conditional on all factors affecting the share of labor income reaching the corresponding level at the same time.These factors include the high level of productivity development,the ownership structure in which the public ownership of production means occupies a dominant position,the reasonable distribution system of labor value,equal scarcity of labor factors and capital factors in the non-public economy,equal negotiation competence between labor and capital in the non-public economy,and the high level of entrepreneurs'political,ideological and moral qualities in the non-public economy.The due share of labor income under the goal of common prosperity in the new era will be realized,as these conditions will be gradually formed in the process of implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Twentieth CPC Central Committee.
