摘要
新中国成立初期,党和政府通过表彰先进妇女,鼓励更多女性从家庭走向社会,充分挖掘并激发广大妇女群众"潜能"与"动力".这一表彰机制以劳动为核心导向,涵盖选树典型、仪式表彰及舆论宣传等环节,构成一个有效的激励闭环.荣誉表彰不仅有效激发了广大妇女对"劳动光荣"的深刻情感体验和价值认同,而且唤醒了她们的主体意识,促使她们将个人奋斗与国家建设紧密结合,将个人"为国奋斗"的认同感转化为积极行动,在实现自身不断解放的同时,推动新中国的社会主义建设.
Abstract
In the early years of New China,the CPC and the government,through commending prominent women,encouraged more women to move from family to society,so as to explore and stimulate their"potential"and"motivation".This commendation mechanism,with labor as its core orientation,encompassed model women selection,ceremonial recognition,and publicity,which constitutes an effective closed loop of incentives.The honorary recognition not only effectively stimulates the profound emotional experience and value recognition of"glorious labor"among the majority of Chinese women,but also awakens their subjective consciousness.This prompts them to closely integrate their personal struggles with national construction,transform their personal recognition of"struggling for the country"into positive actions,and advance the socialist construction of the New China in the process of realizing their own liberation.
