On the Uniqueness of the Theoretical Development by the CPC
At the ontological level,the theoretical development by the CPC equals the development of Marxism.This is the first principle of the CPC's theoretical development.Namely,the regularity and purposiveness of Marxism determine the necessity of the theoretical development by the CPC,while the latter upholds fundamental principles and breaks new ground during the process of localizing and modernizing Marxism in China.At the level of value theory,the CPC has accomplished the theoretical self-consciousness that the people are the creators of history,hoisting the banner of people-oritentedness.The Party makes people-oritentedness the starting point and value orientation of its theoretical development and realizes the theoretical self-consciousness of combining"weapons for criticism"and"criticism with weapons"in its theoretical development,an illustration of the collective wisdom.At the epistemological level,Marxism as a general law is abstract and generalized,so the gap between scientific theories and real practice needs to be bridged and transformed by epistemological links."Seeking truth from facts"is an epistemological thread running through the theoretical development by the CPC.At the methodological level,adapting Marxism to China's specific realities and its fine traditional culture is the fundamental method for localizing and modernizing Marxism in China.It is the methodology that the CPC has consciously applied in theoretical innovation in various historical periods,expanding the depth and breadth of localizing and modemizing Marxism in China.
