群众路线是我们党的生命线和根本工作路线.邓小平一贯高度重视党的群众路线,在不同历史时期基于新历史条件赋予其新时代意涵、新透析视角、新思想向度、新行动理路.邓小平创造性提出"共同富裕"这一崭新概念范畴并系统阐述相关思想,进一步深化了对党的群众路线价值目标的认识.邓小平深刻提出在执政条件下贯彻党的群众路线具有"特别重大的意义";鲜明提出开展群众运动不是贯彻群众路线的唯一形式;要求科学对待群众的不同意见;重视群众路线和实事求是的有机统一.这都为"走好新时代群众路线"提供了思想资源和现实启示.
Abstract
The mass line is the lifeline and fundamental working line of the CPC.Deng Xiao-ping always attached great importance to the Party's mass line,and gave it new meaning,new perspective,new ideological orientation,and new course of action in different historical periods based on new historical conditions.Deng Xiao-ping creatively put forward the new conceptual category of"common prosperity"and systematically elaborated on the related ideas,further deepening his understanding of the value and goal of the CPC's mass line.Deng Xiao-ping profoundly pointed out that it was of"special significance"to carry out the Party's mass line under the conditions of governance;he indicated that conducting mass movements was not the only form of implementing the mass line;Deng called for scientific treatment of the different opinions from the masses;and he emphasized the organic unity of the mass line and seeking truth from facts.All these provide ideological resources and practical implication for"properly practicing the mass line in the new era".
