National defense is closely linked to national security,there will be no national security without de-fense.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed that to achieve the centenary goal of the founding of the army and create a new situation of national defense and army moderniza-tion,and the Chinese national defense modernization thought is closely related to it.In the practice of the new democratic revolution,the socialist revolution and the construction period,Mao Zedong gradually formed the thought of Chinese national defense modernization,understood and expounded the necessity of Chinese na-tional defense modernization,proposed and formed the dialectical principles of Chinese national defense mod-ernization,formulated and constructed the Chinese national defense modernization system.
