摘要
习近平同志关于人工智能的重要论述是以马克思主义科技观为理论基础,总结和借鉴中外人工智能发展的历史经验,形成的具有中国特色的系列论述,是习近平同志对人工智能的新思考和新理念.其主要内容包含了人工智能与新质生产力,人工智能与社会发展,以及人工智能与人的全面发展.其理论特色是坚持自立自强与学习借鉴相统一、支持发展与规范引导相统一、尊重技术规律与人民立场相统一.习近平同志关于人工智能的重要论述是对马克思主义科技观的丰富和发展,也是运用马克思主义理论解决现实问题的成功典范,为我国新时代的人工智能和新质生产力发展提供了思想指导和行动指南.
Abstract
Based on the scientific and technological view of Marxism and the experience of AI-history,Xi Jin-ping developed a series of discussions in accordance with Chinese social reality,which formed his important thought on AI and revealed his new thinking and concern on AI.Its main contents include the relationship be-tween AI as productivity and social development,and the relationship between AI and the overall development of person.Its theoretical characteristics include three aspects:the unity of self-reliance and learning others,the unity of development support and standardized guidance,and the unity of the law of technology develop-ment and the goal to benefit people.Xi Jinping's important thought on AI is an enrichment and development of scientific and technological view of Marxism,and also a successful model of using Marxist theory to solve prac-tical problems,which provides an ideological guidance and action guide for China's developing of AI technol-ogy and China's developing of new quality productive forces in the new era.
