摘要
作为党的第一代领导核心,毛泽东对建立和完善党的领导制度体系具有开创性的贡献.本文以生成逻辑为起点,梳理了毛泽东关于党的领导制度体系形成的两个阶段,展示了从党的领导到党的全面领导的飞跃,并从建立和完善"党领导一切"制度、建立和完善集体领导制度、建立和完善多党合作制度三个层面来探讨党的领导制度体系的科学内涵,基于此总结了毛泽东对建立和完善党的领导制度体系的三大贡献,即明确党的核心领导地位是党的领导制度体系的政治基础、明确民主集中是党的领导制度体系实施的根本原则、明确政治协商是党的领导制度体系建设的组织框架.
Abstract
As the first-generation core leader of the CPC,Mao Zedong made pioneering contributions to the es-tablishment and improvement of the party's leadership system.This article,starting from the logic of genera-tion,delineates two stages of Mao Zedong's views on the formation of the party's leadership system,demon-strating the leap from party leadership to comprehensive party leadership.It explores the scientific connotation of the party's leadership system during Mao Zedong's era through three aspects:establishing and improving the"party leads everything"system,establishing and improving the collective leadership system,and estab-lishing and improving the multi-party cooperation system.Based on this,it summarizes Mao Zedong's three major contributions to the establishment and improvement of the party's leadership system:clarifying the core leadership position of the party as the political foundation of the leadership system,affirming democratic cen-tralism as the fundamental principle of the leadership system implementation,and emphasizing political con-sultation as the organizational framework for the construction of the leadership system.
