摘要
政治训练是提高党员干部政治素质和能力的重要途径,是党的思想政治工作的重要法宝.中央苏区时期,针对党内军内及苏维埃政府中普遍存在的各种非无产阶级思想,围绕提高党员干部、红军官兵和苏区群众的政治素质和能力这一目标,党在政治训练方面进行了积极的探索,积累了丰富的经验.总结分析中央苏区政治训练的历史经验,对提升新时代政治训练的科学性和实效性有重要的现实启示意义.
Abstract
Political training is an important way to improve the political quality and ability of party members and cadres,and is an important tool for the ideological and political work of the party.During the period of the Central Soviet Area,in response to various non proletarian ideologies prevalent within the party,military,and Soviet governments,the party actively explored and accumulated rich experience in political training with the goal of improving the political quality and abilities of party members,cadres,Red Army officers and soldiers,and the masses of the Soviet area.Summarizing and analyzing the historical experience of political training in the Central Soviet Area has important practical implications for enhancing the scientificity and effectiveness of political training in the new era.
