储能技术研究进展及经济性分析

随着电力系统对能源调节能力的需求提升、新能源开发消纳规模不断加大则对储能的需求日益增长,而储能技术对于平衡能源供需、提高电力系统灵活性以及增强能源安全性均具有重要意义。概述储能技术的研究现状,对电化学储能、热储能、机械储能、电容式储能等常见储能技术的应用现状进行分析,总结不同储能的特性、应用场景及经济性效果,从度电成本经济性角度分析各个储能技术与经济结合的优势,并分析储能技术的发展方向、应用领域和发展趋势。目前储能技术的发展方向主要包括储能新材料、新技术以及新装备攻关,在储能新技术发展的同时也应关注其经济性和可行性。随着储能技术的成功应用和应用场景的不断扩大,未来的储能系统将呈现广域性、多元性的特点,加强各储能装置的耦合显得迫切而必要。未来储能在技术、经济性及发展方向呈现3个趋势:精准划分储能类型和合理规划多元储能系统,以实现新能源的高渗透、精确规划和配置多元储能装置;侧重开发多元储能与其他电源的协同运行与调度技术,尤其多元储能的协同运行能够在平衡与保供基础上发挥储能的安全稳定维护作用,其中长时间、跨季节、大容量、低成本的储能技术是实现电网安全稳定的关键;保障储能系统价值实现与政策机制,需研究建立促进储能可持续发展的系统价值形成机制和政策机制,构建促进储能参与平衡调节的中长期电力市场、现货市场和辅助服务市场机制。
Research progress and economic analysis on energy storage technology
With the increasing demand for energy regulation capacity of the power system and the increasing scale of new energy development and consumption,the demand for energy storage is increasing.Energy storage technology is of great significance for balancing energy supply and demand,improving power system flexibility and enhancing ener-gy security.The research status of energy storage technology was summarized,and the common energy storage tech-nologies such as electrochemical energy storage,thermal energy storage,mechanical energy storage and capacitive energy storage were analyzed.The characteristics,application scenarios and economic effects of different energy stor-age were summarized.The advantages of each energy storage technology combined with economy were analyzed from the perspective of electricity cost economy,and the development direction,application field and development trend of energy storage technology were analyzed.At present,the development direction of energy storage technology main-ly includes new energy storage materials,new technologies and new equipment research.While developing new ener-gy storage technologies,it should also pay attention to its economy and feasibility.With the successful application of energy storage technology and the continuous expansion of application scenarios,the future energy storage system will show the characteristics of wide area and diversity,so it is urgent and necessary to strengthen the coupling of energy storage devices.In the future,energy storage presents three trends in technology,economy and development direc-tion:accurate classification of energy storage types and rational planning of multi-energy storage systems to achieve high penetration of new energy,accurate planning and configuration of multi-energy storage devices;it focuses on the development of coordinated operation and scheduling technology of multi-energy storage and other power sources.In particular,the coordinated operation of multi-energy storage can play the role of safety and stability maintenance of energy storage on the basis of balance and supply guarantee.Among them,long-term,cross-seasonal,large-capacity and low-cost energy storage technology is the key to realize the safety and stability of power grid.To ensure the value realization and policy mechanism of energy storage system,it is necessary to study and establish the system value formation mechanism and policy mechanism to promote the sustainable development of energy storage,and to construct the medium and long-term power market,spot market and auxiliary service market mechanism to promote the participation of energy storage in balanced regulation.
