Research on collaborative slurry production of high carbon fine ash and chemical sludge with coal
Research on the synergistic production of gasification fine ash and high carbon components,as well as chemical sludge and coal,is helpful for the reduction and resource utilization of gasification fine ash and coal chemi-cal sludge.It can provide support for the development of high-quality gasification coal water slurry technology through the synergistic production of coal chemical solid waste and coal.In response to the key issue of poor quality of coal slurry in the co-production of gasification fine ash high carbon components and chemical sludge with coal,gasification fine ash high carbon components and modified chemical sludge were mixed with coal to produce slurry.By analyzing the effects of different grinding times and mixing ratios of solid waste on the viscosity,fluidity,particle size distribu-tion,nano CT technology,and contact angle of the mixed coal slurry,the mechanism of the effect of coal chemical solid waste addition on the performance of coal slurry was revealed.The results showed that modified sludge and high carbon fine ash were directly mixed with coal to produce slurry.For every 1 percentage point increase in mixing a-mount,the concentration of coal slurry decreased by about 0.3-0.7 percentage points;the influence of modified sludge and high carbon fine ash on the concentration of coal slurry could be improved through fine grinding or ultrafine grinding.Under the same conditions,compared with the slurry making process without grinding,the concentration of coal slurry after fine grinding increased by 0.3 to 0.4 percentage points.Due to the addition of fine ash and sludge,the contact angle between the slurry raw materials and water is reduced,resulting in a deterioration of the slurry prop-erties and a decrease in the concentration of coal slurry.The particle size distribution is formed between the fine ash,sludge,and coal after fine grinding,and the ultrafine particles are coated on the surface of the coarse particles,which have a lubricating effect,resulting in a decrease in the effect of solid waste addition after grinding on the con-centration of coal slurry.
