新疆七克台矿区1号井田煤质特征及清洁利用评价

基于新疆七克台矿区煤炭资源丰富及地理位置优越,对其进行煤质特征研究及清洁利用评价,可拓展优质煤炭资源的开发利用途径。以七克台矿区1号井田钻孔煤样为研究对象,结合各煤层地质资料、煤质数据、工艺性质等参数以探究各煤层煤质特征及其随地质条件的演化规律。结果表明:1号井田可采煤6层,煤层埋藏深度整体呈现南浅北深;有机显微组分主要以镜质组为主,含惰质组及少量壳质组;变质程度为中煤级煤Ⅰ,整体呈现南低北高趋势;各煤层主要以低灰、高挥发分、高发热量、中油产率和无黏结性的长焰煤为主,具有特低硫、低磷、低氯、低氟、特低砷和煤灰结渣倾向性严重的特点。参考煤炭清洁利用潜势评价体系及中低温热解、直接液化、气化工艺对煤质指标的要求可知,1号井田煤炭洁净潜势较好,可以用于气化用煤和中低温热解用煤,但不适宜于作为液化用煤。
Coal quality characteristics and clean utilization evaluation of No.1 mine in Qiketai mining area of Xinjiang province
Based on the rich coal resources and superior geographical location of Xinjiang Qiketai mining area,the study of coal quality characteristics and its clean utilization evaluation were done,expandable ways to develop and utilize high-quality coal resources were researched.The drilling coal sample of No.1 mine field in Qiketai mining area was taken as the research object,combining with geological data,coal quality data,process properties and other pa-rameters of each coal seam,the characteristics of coal quality in each coal seam and its evolution law with geological conditions were explored.The results show that the No.1 mine field can mine 6 layers,and the buried depth of the coal seam is shallow in south,while deep in north;the organic micro components is mainly the reflectance of vit-rinite,including inert group and a small shell group;the deterioration degree is medium grade coal Ⅰ,the overall trend is low in south and high in north;each coal seam is mainly composed of low ash,high volatile content,high calorific value,medium oil yield and no adhesive long flame coal,which has the characteristics of extremely low sul-fur,low phosphorus,low chlorine,low fluorine,especially low arsenic and severe tendency of coal ash slagging.According to the evaluation system of coal clean utilization potential and the requirements of medium and low tempera-ture pyrolysis,direct liquefaction and gasification process,it can be seen that the coal clean potential of No.1 mine field is good,which can be used for gasification and medium and low temperature pyrolysis,but it is not suitable for liquefaction coal.
