新时代民族地区乡村定向师范生身份重构的动因、向度与样态

身份命题是影响个体融入所属社会群体、感知世界、产生自我意识并作出决策的关键要素.基于新时代发展诉求,呼吁民族地区乡村定向师范生进行身份重构意义深远.民族地区乡村定向师范生身份重构的动因包含制度预期、政策规约、社会规范以及文化割裂与自我身份的冲突与碰撞.本研究从提高政策吸引力、构建有效激励机制、完善课程结构安排以及厚植民族文化底蕴四方面对新时代民族地区乡村定向师范生进行自我身份、教育身份、社会身份以及文化身份重构,提出了国家认同的时代新人、扎根乡土的卓越教师、乡村建设的引路人才和民族文化的传承使者四重样态,使其成为振兴民族地区乡村教育的坚守者和推进者,促进新时代民族地区乡村教育高质量发展.
Identity proposition is a key element that affects the integration of individuals into the social group to perceive the world,generate self-awareness and make decisions.Based on the development demands of the new era,it is of far-reaching significance to reconstruct the identity of rural normal school students with target job positions in ethnic areas.The causes of the identity reconstruction of rural normal school students with target job positions in ethnic areas include institutional expectations,policy regulations,social norms and the conflict and collision between cultural fragmentation and self-identity.Rural revitalization should prioritize education,education prioritization should focus on teacher resources.The article proposes to make reconstruction on self-identity,educational identity,social identity and cultural identity of rural normal school students in ethnic areas in the new era through four aspects,which include improving the policy attraction,building an effective incentive mechanism,improving curriculum structure arrangement and cultivating the ethnic culture.The article proposes the four characteristics of them as people with new identity in the era,outstanding teachers based in the countryside,professionals guiding the rural construction and the inheritance messenger of ethnic culture.This is to make them to become enforcer and promoter of revitalizing rural education in ethnic areas,so as to promote the high-quality development of rural education in ethnic areas in the new era.
