Three Questions on Chinese-style Modernization of Ethnic Education
The questions of connotations,dilemmas and breakthroughs are the"three questions"to be answered by Chinese-style modernization of ethnic education.Under the objective requirements of Chinese-style modernization,the essence of Chinese-style modernization of ethnic education is to adhere to the comprehensive leadership of the Communist Party of China,the five outstanding characteristics of Chinese civilization and the three directions of talent cultivation.It is the modernization of education for people of all ethnic groups,the balanced development of all regions,the digitization of empowerment for high-quality development,consolidating cultural self-confidence and self-empowerment,and promoting the construction of the two communities.Although there is already a deep practical foundation for realizing the modernization of Chinese ethnic education,there are still some problems,such as lack of talent efficiency,imbalance of resource guarantee,obstacles in digital transformation,limited effects of cultural functions and arduous task of endogenous development.It is suggested to insist on improving the quality of talent cultivation as the focus point,optimize the means of resource allocation as the supporting point,promote digital teaching practice as the breakthrough point,promote excellent traditional Chinese culture as the key point and build a community with a shared future for mankind as the foothold,so as to comprehensively promote Chinese-style modernization of ethnic education in a quicker and better way.
