全媒体时代思政课教师话语权的内涵嬗变、现实挑战与重构路径

习近平总书记指出思政课的本质是讲道理,而思政课教师话语权直接关系到能否把道理讲深、讲透、讲活.巩固和提升思政课教师话语权,是增强思政课育人成效、落实立德树人根本任务和确保社会主义意识形态主导权的内在诉求.迈入全媒体时代,思政课教师话语权的内涵经历着话语阐释权由知识话语向生活话语转移、话语主导权由教学领地向多维空间覆盖、话语引导权由价值规劝向事实澄清过渡的三维嬗变.在全媒体的冲击下,思政课教师话语权面临着话语时空无限敞开、外赋性权威不断消解、数字青年引发文化反哺和教学话语缺乏现实关切等挑战.为此,思政课教师应与时俱进更新话语表达范式,引领全媒体话语空间;注重实际权威的加持赋能,增强教师话语信服力;立足青年学生实际生活,增强教学话语转译力.
Connotation Evolution,Realistic Challenges and Reconstruction Path of the Discourse Power of Ideological and Political Course Teachers in the All-media Era
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the essence of ideological and political courses is to be reasonable,and the voice of teachers in ideological and political courses is directly related to whether the truth can be explained profoundly,thoroughly and vividly.Consolidating and enhancing the discourse power of teachers in ideological and political courses is the internal appeal to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education,implement the fundamental task of cultivating moral education and ensure the dominant power of socialist ideology.In the era of all media,the connotation of the discourse power of ideological and political course teachers has experienced the three-dimensional evolution of the right of discourse interpretation from knowledge discourse to life discourse,discourse dominance from teaching territory to multi-dimensional space coverage,and the right of discourse guidance from value advice to fact clarification.Under the impact of all media,the discourse power of ideological and political teachers is faced with challenges such as the infinite opening of discourse space,the continuous elimination of external authority,the cultural feedback caused by digital youth and the lack of practical concern of teaching discourse.Therefore,ideological and political teachers should update the discourse expression paradigm with the times,lead the all-media discourse space;pay attention to the empowerment of practical authority,and enhance the conviction of teachers'discourse;and enhance the translation power of teaching discourse based on the real life of young students.
