The Development Level,Changing Trend and Difference Analysis of County Preschool Education in Ethnic Areas
The high-quality development of preschool education plays a fundamental role in the construction of a high-quality education system.This study takes the 80 counties in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as samples,and adopts the entropy weight method to measure the development level of county preschool education in ethnic areas and understand its changing trend.It adopts Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method to measure the difference degree of preschool education development level in different counties.The results make following findings:firstly,the development level of preschool education in ethnic areas is generally low,but it develops rapidly;secondly,the development level of preschool education in key rural revitalization counties and general counties tends to be more balanced,yet there are still differences in the development level of preschool education among counties.To promote the high-quality and balanced development of preschool education in counties in ethnic minority areas,it is urgent to build a high-quality public service system for preschool education,establish and improve a sustainable investment mechanism for preschool education,build a guarantee system to support the professional development of kindergarten teachers,and promote the universal and high-quality development of preschool education in counties.
