国际中文教育标准体系是事关国际中文教育运行的一整套标准系统,涵盖国际中文教育实践活动的相关主体及内容.建设国际中文教育标准体系是国际中文教育发展的重要组成部分.从颁布第一部涉及国际中文教育的标准以来,标准的修订与开发一直处于动态发展过程中,但离建设一个统一且兼容的国际中文教育标准体系的总体目标还有一定距离.本研究在对我国现有的和规划开发的国际中文教育标准进行系统梳理的基础上,探索构建一个符合国际中文教育需求和发展趋势的国际中文教育标准体系框架,从结构上对国际中文教育标准体系进行整体规划与设计,初步构建了分层分类的、以"标准族"作为次级组织形态的国际中文教育标准体系,提出了纳入标准体系的准入原则,为国际中文教育标准的可持续发展提供理论参考.
A Study on the Framework of International Chinese Education Standard System
The international Chinese language education standard system is a set of standard system related to the operation of international Chinese language education,covering relevant subjects and contents of international Chinese language education practice.The construction of the international Chinese language education standard system is an important part of the development of international Chinese language education.Since the promulgation of the first standard which involved international Chinese education,the revision and development of the standard have been in the process of dynamic development,yet distance remains towards achieving the goal of building a unified and compatible international Chinese education standard system.On the basis of a systematic review of the existing and planned international Chinese education standards in China,this study explores the construction of an international Chinese education standard system framework that conforms to the needs and development trend of international Chinese education.The article makes overall planning and design of the international Chinese education standard system from the perspective of structure,and it makes preliminary international Chinese education standard system with"standard family"as the secondary organization form,and proposes the access principle into the standard system,so as to provide theoretical reference for the sustainable development of the international Chinese education standards.
