教育强国建设助推全体人民共同富裕:有效途径、制约因素与路径优化

教育与实现收入均等化和助推全体人民共同富裕高度相关.迈向新发展阶段,教育强国建设通过提升人力资本积累、满足人民精神需求、促进教育均等化和阻断贫困代际传递等有效途径显著助力实现以全民富裕、全面富裕、共建富裕和渐进富裕为内涵的共同富裕.研究发现,不断提高教育强国建设助推共同富裕效能,必须有效消解城乡劳动要素水平和不同群体收入差距较大,教育实践的全面性和资源分配的均等性不足,以及教育益贫式增长效应有待增强等一系列制约因素.由此,研究提出如下对策建议:创新人才培养机制和人才资源配置机制;坚持教育事业人民主体性原则;强化教育资源分配和教育公平制度;深化教育结对帮扶机制和大力发展职业教育.最终完胜教育强国建设,实现全体人民物质生活和精神生活共同富裕.
Building Educational Country of Quality to Promote Common Prosperity:Effective Ways,Constraints and Path Optimization
Education is highly related to achieving equal income and boosting common prosperity for all people.In a new stage of development,the building of a educational country of quality has significantly facilitated to achieve common prosperity through improving the accumulation of human capital,meeting the spiritual needs of the people,promoting the equalization of education,and blocking the inter-generational transmission of poverty.The study found that to continuously improve the efficiency of building a educational country of quality to boost common prosperity,we must effectively eliminate the level of urban and rural labor factors and the large income gap of different groups,the insufficiency in comprehensiveness of educational practice and the equality of resource allocation,as well as a series of constraints such as the enhancement need for growth effect of education.Therefore,the article proposed the following countermeasures and suggestions:innovating the talent training mechanism and talent resource allocation mechanism;adhering to the principle of people's subjectivity in education;strengthening the system of educational resource distribution and educational equity;deepening the mechanism of educational counterpart support and developing vocational education.In the end,we will attain the construction of educational country of quality and achieve common prosperity in the material and spiritual lives of all the people.
