The Value Reflection,Problem Examining and Development Direction of Study Tour in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools in Ethnic Areas:A case study of Guizhou Province
nder the background of rural revitalization strategy,the study tour of rural primary and secondary schools in ethnic areas fits the revitalization of talents and culture through education,so as to facilitate rural revitalization.This article takes the study tour of rural primary and secondary schools in Guizhou ethnic areas as a research object,and it combines with rural revitalization strategy of the country.Under the vision of pedagogy,the article reflects on the value of primary and secondary school study tour to rural education and teaching in ethnic areas from the three dimensions of education:curriculum content,teaching paradigm and educational goal.from the elements of education:curriculum content,teaching paradigm,education goal three dimensions to reflect on the primary and secondary schools study tours to the current value of rural education teaching.On this basis,the article examines the problems existing in the practice of operating study tours of rural primary and secondary schools in ethnic areas:insufficient curriculum system construction,routine and single teaching mode and imperfect value evaluation and guarantee mechanism.The development directions of the study tours in rural primary and secondary schools in the new era are listed as follows:first,the curriculum system of the study tour is guided by local education;the second is to reshape the teaching mode of study tours with students as the main body and practice as the foundation;the third is to improve the value evaluation and guarantee mechanism of study tours while guided by the direction of rural revitalization.
