新质生产力为职业教育高质量发展提供动力支撑,职业教育高质量发展为新质生产力的涌现提供智力保障,两者处于高度耦合的关系之中.新质生产力与职业教育高质量发展的耦合不仅有利于促进科技创新与人才培养的一体化推进,而且有助于推动创新链与人才链、产业链之间的深度融合,从而共同助力中国式现代化建设.以上两者的耦合,既是应对百年未有之大变局,又是实现中国式教育现代化,也是面向新技术革命与发展的多重逻辑作用下的必然选择.具体而言,两者的耦合发展通过结构上的体系建设共塑、过程上的人才培养互动以及动力上的科技供给共生等机制来实现.为促进两者的高度耦合,需基于国家战略发展高度进行统筹规划,加强现代职业教育体系的系统变革;同时需优化新质人才供给体系,加强新质技术技能人才的精准培育;此外还需构建与新质生产力发展适应的新技术生态环境,打造职业教育技术创新的实践场景.
Coupling Mechanism of New Quality Productive Forces and High Quality Development of Vocational Education
The new quality productive forces provide power support for the high-quality development of vocational education,while the high-quality development of vocational education provides intellectual guarantee for the emergence of new quality productive forces.The two have formed a highly coupling relationship.The coupling between new quality productive forces and high-quality development of vocational education is not only conducive to promoting the integration of scientific and technological innovation and personnel training,but also facilitates the promotion of deep integration between the innovation chain,the talent chain and the industrial chain,so as to jointly contribute to the Chinese-style modernization.The coupling of the above-mentioned two is not only to cope with the momentous changes of a like not seen in a century,but also to realize the modernization of Chinese-style education,and it is also an inevitable choice under the multiple logical effects of the new technological revolution and development.To be specific,the coupling development of the two is realized through the mechanism of system construction in structure,talent training interaction in process and science and technology supply symbiosis in power.In order to promote the high coupling of the two,it is necessary to make overall planning based on the national strategic development and strengthen the systematic reform of the modern vocational education system.At the same time,it is necessary to optimize the supply system of new quality talents and strengthen the targeted cultivation of new quality technical talents.In addition,it is necessary to build a new technological ecological environment adapted to the development of new quality productive forces and create a practical environment for vocational education technology innovation.
