新技术、新业态、新产业对职业培训的高质量发展和结构性改革提出了新的要求.民族地区职业培训培养专业技术人才,直接服务国家重大战略,是加快发展新质生产力和推动传统产业提质升级的帕累托最优.贵州职业培训围绕高质量发展,开展了一系列地方实践,即立足数字技术转型,使用多模态教学形成数字理论学习新方案.具体来讲,通过开展下沉式培训,强化数字技术服务乡村建设;顺应产业升级,以分类指导教育方式满足产业升级需求,以就业创业目标满足产业结构优化需求;服务乡村振兴战略,以"专业+产业+创新"的教学模式,培养本土化技术技能人才,为推动民族地区经济社会高质量发展贡献经验.
Integration of Digital Technology and Industry to Promote High-quality Development of Vocational Training in Ethnic Regions of Guizhou Province
Vocational training is of great significance to promoting entrepreneurship and employment,improving people's well-being,enabling economic transformation,and promoting social development.New technologies,new forms of business and new industries have posed new requirements for the high-quality development and structural reform of vocational training.Vocational training for professional and technical personnel in ethnic areas directly serves the major national strategy,and is the Pareto optimality to accelerate the development of new quality productive forces and promote the quality and upgrading of traditional industries.Centering on high-quality development,Guizhou vocational training has carried out a series of local practices,that is,based on digital technology transformation,adopting multi-modal teaching to form a new digital theory learning plan.To be more specific,through the development of grassroots training,to strengthen the digital technology to serve the rural construction;to comply with industrial upgrading,to meet the needs of industrial upgrading with classified guidance education,and meet the needs of industrial structure optimization with the goal of employment and entrepreneurship;to serve the rural revitalization strategy,with the teaching mode of"professional+industry+innovation",to cultivate local technical and skillful talents,so as to contribute experience to promoting the high-quality economic and social development in ethnic areas.
