新时代国家通用语言文字教育的概念深化与内涵解读

国家通用语言文字教育是促进各民族交往交流交融的基础,也是实现中华民族伟大复兴的必然要求.厘清国家通用语言文字教育的概念内涵对于国家通用语言文字教育的政策制定、教育实践和学术研究发展至关重要.基于国家通用语言文字教育与国家通用语言文字推广、双语教育的区别与联系,构建了"语言文字—国家通用语言文字—国家通用语言文字教育"的分析框架.国家通用语言文字教育旨在通过教育活动普及和规范使用国家通用语言文字,具有法定性、规范性和共享性等特征.在新时代背景下,国家通用语言文字教育涵盖语言技能教育、文化传承教育和国家认同教育.语言技能教育通过语文课程和书法教学等方式提升学生的语言文字能力;文化传承教育以经典诵读为载体,采用喜闻乐见的形式深化文化理解与认同;国家认同教育则结合多种教育途径,全方位培养学生的国家认同感和爱国情怀.
Conceptual Deepening and Connotation Interpretation of National Lingua Franca Education in the New Era
Education in the national lingua franca is the basis for promoting exchanges and integration among ethnic groups and an inevitable requirement for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is very important to clarify the concept and connotation of national lingua franca education for the policy formulation,educational practice and academic research development in this field.Based on the difference and connection between the national lingua franca education and the national lingua franca promotion and bilingual education,the analytical framework of"language-national lingua franca-national lingua franca education"is constructed.The national lingua franca education aims to popularize and standardize the use of the national lingua franca through educational activities,which enjoys legal,standardized and sharing characteristics.In the context of the new era,the national lingua franca covers language skills education,cultural inheritance education and national identity education.Language skills education improves students'language ability by means of Chinese courses and calligraphy teaching;cultural inheritance education mainly takes classical Chinese recitation as the carrier,and adopts the popular measures to deepen cultural understanding and recognition;national identity education combines with a variety of educational channels to comprehensively cultivate students'national identity and patriotism.
