From Unidirectional Embedding to Coupling Symbiosis:Realistic Dilemma and Relief Path of Social Participation in School Evaluation
In the new era,deepening social participation in the reform of school evaluation is not only an inevitable requirement for building a multi-subject participation,conforming to China's reality,with Chinese characteristics and world-class education evaluation system,but also a positive response to"accelerating the construction of a country with education strength".This study selects the"coupling symbiosis"theory as an analytical perspective,and makes analysis,examines and constructs the logic,practical difficulties and practical strategies of social participation in school evaluation from the four dimensions of coupling symbiosis unit,coupling symbiosis mode,coupling symbiosis environment and coupling symbiosis interface.The research found that the coupling symbiosis unit of social participation in school evaluation is not strong,coupled symbiosis mode is unidirectional-embedded coupled,the coupled symbiosis environment empowerment is weak,the coupling symbiosis interface conduction is blocked,which restricts the efficiency output of social participation in school evaluation.To deepen the reform of social participation in school evaluation,it is necessary to gather the consensus of school evaluation unit and enhance the coupled symbiotic internal dynamics;innovate the form of school evaluation mode and enhance the coupling degree of system symbiosis;create an environment for social participation and enhance the external momentum for coupling symbiosis;straighten out the interface of school evaluation media,enhance the efficiency of coupling symbiosis,and strive to realize the optimization of the coupling symbiosis system of social participation in school evaluation.
