Cultural Value and Realization Path of Rural Teachers in Fostering a Strong Sense of Community of the Chinese Nation
In the process of continuous and sustainable development,the local culture and the sense of community of the Chinese nation have shaped the cultural character of rural teachers'"co-existence and common prosperity".This is of great value to fostering the strong sense of community of the Chinese nation,which is manifested in the cultural belief of"four commonalities"highlighting the value guide,the cultural attitude of"trinity"providing emotional support,and the cultural behavior of"five identities"becoming the action outline,and the cultural image of"double messenger"showing the symbolic logo.However,addressing the situation of the dual strategic coupling of rural revitalization and fostering a strong sense of Chinese national community,the cultural value of rural teachers in fostering a strong sense of the Chinese national community has not been sufficiently manifested,such as the weakening of the cultural belief of the"four commonalities",the dilemma of the cultural attitude of the"trinity",the cultural behavior of"five identities"encountering obstacles,and the cultural image of"double messengers"is facing dissolution,and etc..Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the value positioning and nurture the cultural belief of"four commonalities";to consolidate the emotional foundation and cultivate the cultural attitude of"trinity";to adhere to the practice guideline and uphold the cultural behavior of"five identities";and the establishment of exemplary role models to reshape the cultural image of the"double role messenger",so as to realize the unique value of cultural character to rural teachers in fostering a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation.
