Establishment of the Evaluation Index System of Kindergartens'National Lingua Franca Education in Ethnic Regions Based on the CIPP Theory
National lingua franca education is the key to prepare preschool children in ethnic regions for school administration and improve future learning achievements,and it is an important foundation for inspiring the sense of Chinese national community.Constructing a scientific and systematic assessment index and tool system for national lingua fanca education in kindergartens in ethnic regions is a breakthrough in improving the national lingua franca ability of preschool children in ethnic regions.Based on the CIPP evaluation model's structural logic framework of"context,input,process,and result"this study constructs a system of assessment indicators for national common language education in ethnic region kindergartens,with 4 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,52 three-level indicators,and observation points.The article adopts the Delphi method to conduct weight calculation of the indicators,which is expressed as follows:the quality of national lingua franca education in kindergartens Y=0.13 × environmental foundation+0.19 × resource allocation+0.4 × process implementation+0.28 × results benefits.Its application in practice has made preliminary verification for the operability,reliability and effectiveness of this indicator system.
