民族高校图书馆铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育路径探究——基于中央民族大学图书馆的CIPP模型实证分析

民族高校图书馆是铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的重要场域.图书馆在加强中华民族历史观教育、铸牢中华民族共同体意识、推进中华民族共同体建设方面承担着重要使命,在民族团结进步教育方面发挥着特殊功能.本研究首先探讨了将CIPP评估模式应用于民族高校图书馆铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的可行性,其次基于CIPP模型构建了中央民族大学图书馆铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育路径和效果评价的指标体系并进行实证分析,最后基于实证结果提出了创新理论方法、构建职责体系、强化党建引领、高质量服务赋能、深挖历史实践资源等民族高校图书馆开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的有效举措,构建了民族高校图书馆提升铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育质量的优化路径.
Research on the Education Path of Consolidating the Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation in Ethnic University Libraries:Empirical Analysis of CIPP Model Based on Library of Minzu University of China
The library of ethnic universities are an important education field of consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation.The library shoulders the important mission in strengthening the education of the Chinese national historical view,consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation,and promoting the construction of the Chinese national community.The library has its special functions in the education of national unity and progress.This study first explores the feasibility of applying the CIPP evaluation model to the education of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation for ethnic university libraries.Secondly,based on the CIPP model,the index system of the education path and effect evaluation of the consciousness of the community of the Chinese nation is constructed,and the empirical analysis is conducted.Finally based on the empirical results it proposes some effective measures to conduct education on fostering strong community sense for the Chinese nation,such as the innovation theory method,building responsibility system,strengthening leadership of the Party,high quality service empowerment,exploring in-depth historical practice resources in ethnic university libraries.
