The Logic and Principle of Implementing National Security Education in Schools in Ethnic Areas
National security education in ethnic regions is an important measure in the overall layout of the national security strategy,and it is also key content for schools to fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.In order to consolidate the consensus on national security in schools in ethnic regions,the article takes the theory of communicative action as the research perspective,and makes analysis upon the appropriateness of communicative action theory and national security education in schools in ethnic regions,with a high degree of consistency in goals,overlapping paths,and consistent results.Based on this,the theory of communicative action provides epistemological and methodological guidance for national security education in schools in ethnic regions,forming an action logic of establishing consensus on national security education discourse through"communicative language",shaping consensus on national security education norms through"communicative world",and achieving rational consensus on national security education through"communicative action".Addressing this,schools in ethnic areas should establish a national security"community of exchange"and follow the language paradigm of interactive subjectivity;create an"ideal communication scenario"within the school environment and establish cognitive norms for mutual understanding and recognition;constructing the"rationality of communication"between teachers and students of various ethnic groups,awakening the behavior consciousness of intersubjectivity,so s to form a conscious field for implementing national security education in schools in ethnic areas.
