随着"沿边开放"战略的提出和共建"一带一路"的推进,"国门学校"思政教育面临文化多元化冲击和信息传播去中心化的风险.大数据、云计算、人工智能等数字化技术革命也催生着"国门学校"思政教育治理的变革.数字赋能"国门学校"思政教育治理改革的逻辑起点脱胎于三重因素的聚焦:一是数字技术的变革;二是沿边开放战略;三是铸牢中华民族共同体意识.基于数字赋能"国门学校"思政教育治理的现实困囿主要表现为:数字生态薄弱阻碍"国门学校"思政教育治理数字化的推广;传统治理与数字治理错位导致"国门学校"思政教育治理的"共治"失效;"数字鸿沟"制约"国门学校"思政教育治理数字化的进程.应围绕"技术、数字、制度"营造"国门学校"思政教育治理生态;数字赋能,"垂直"与"跨域"治理结合,形成有序运转的治理体制机制;加强数字规范一体化建设,弥合"国门学校"思政教育治理的"数字鸿沟".
Digital Empowerment for the Ideological and Political Education Governance of the"Border School":Implication of the Times,Practical Constraints and Practical Path
With the proposal of the"opening up along the border area"strategy and the promotion of the"Belt and Road Initiative",the ideological and political education of"border schools"is facing the risk of cultural diversity and decentralized information dissemination.The digital technology revolution such as big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence is also stimulating he transformation of the governance paradigm of ideological and political education in"border school".The logical starting point for the transformation of the governance paradigm of ideological and political education in"border school"empowered by digital technology stems from the focus on three factors:firstly,the transformation of digital technology;secondly,the"opening up"strategy along the border;thirdly,the fostering of a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.Practical difficulties are listed as follows for digital empowerment for the ideological and political education governance of the"Border School":the weak digital ecology hinders the promotion of digital ideological and political education management of"border school";the dislocation of traditional governance and digital governance leads to the failure of"joint governance"of"border school"ideological and political education governance;"digital divide"restricts the digital process of ideological and political governance of"border school".It is necessary to build the ecology of ideological and political education governance in"border school"centering on"technology,digital and system";digital empowerment to combine"vertical"and"cross-domain"governance to form an orderly operation of governance system and mechanism;strengthen the integrated construction of digital norms and bridge the"digital divide"of ideological and political education governance in"border school".
