Education on Border Region Defense:Characteristic Discourse,Changing Times and Path Selection of National Security Education in Border Ethnic Areas
Border ethnic areas are important defense lines for national security.Strengthening border defense education to maintain security and stability in national border and ethnic areas is an inevitable demand for national security education.As the characteristic discourse of national security education,the theoretical discourse,historical discourse and policy discourse of border defense education have set up rich experience basis.From the perspective of social and historical changes,in the process of promoting national security in the border areas,the concept of border defense has changed in four dimensions,i.e.,from the border defense geographically to border defense culturally,from military force competition to scientific and technological competition and cognitive operations,space division to spatial exchange,zero-sum game to cooperation and symbiosis.The possibility of border defense education is mainly through strengthening the Chinese folk culture and the Chinese national identity education,national security policy publicity and education,national common language and written language education,regional cooperation and symbiosis.The purpose of these is to enhance the cultural confidence in border ethnic area,strengthen the awareness of national security,enhance the national common symbol identity,promote regional exchanges and communications,so as to achieve the goal of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and promote the education goal of guarding the overall national security.
