Legal Logic,Characteristics and Path of National Security Education in Ethnic Areas in the New Era
National security is related to the well-being of the people and social stability.The rule of law in national security education in ethnic areas is a solid strategy to maintain national security and an important part of promoting the comprehensive rule of law.Under the background of the rule of law,the logic of national security education in ethnic areas should be clarified from the three dimensions of the source of problem,national will and value base.National security education in ethnic areas should be clarified to implement the overall national security concept as the fundamental principle,to improve people's safety awareness as the core,and to take the integrated construction of universities,middle and primary schools as the responsibility.It shows the characteristics of the rule of law of comprehensive and overall planning,people's subjectivity and practical operation.Based on this,the rule of law progress for national security education in ethnic areas is proposed from the four aspects of legislative outline,systematic operation,social cogovernance and effect evaluation.Through the formulation of a"comprehensive foundation"rule of law normative system for national security education,the construction of a"normalization and concreteness"rule of law implementation system for national security education,and the creation of national security rule of law cultural environment of"synergistic diversity"of the whole education and the establishment of a"classified hierarchical"rule of law evaluation system for national security education,it is aimed to promote the rule of law process of national security education in ethnic areas in the new era.
