Research on Empowering High-Quality Development of Basic Education in Ethnic Areas through Digital Technology:A Case Study Based on Yunnan Province
The high-quality development of basic education in ethnic areas is a key component in achieving the overall high-quality development of education in our country.Digital technology empowerment is an important means to promote equity and high-quality development in this sector.This paper makes systematic explanation on the connotation of high-quality development in basic education in ethnic areas and analysis on the intrinsic mechanism of digital technology empowerment for this development.Through a practical case analysis in Yunnan Province,it reveals the main dilemmas faced in the development of basic education in ethnic areas empowered by digital technology,which specifically include the low level of teachers'digital literacy,weak digital infrastructure,imperfect home-school cooperation systems,and insufficient innovation in the digitalization of red cultural resources.Based on this,targeted suggestions are proposed,including deepening the application of digital technology in propaganda and education,enhancing teachers'digital literacy,strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure,optimizing the allocation of educational resources,and advancing the reform and innovation of educational spaces.This paper thus provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for promoting the high-quality development of basic education in ethnic areas.
