Dilemmas and Countermeasures for High-Quality Implementation of the"Double Reduction"Policy in Ethnic Regions:A Case Study of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region
High quality development of education is the inevitable course to build a country of strength of Chinese-style modernization.This inevitably requires the"double reduction"policy to be promoted with high quality,so that the education subjects can fully promote their constructive role,and cultivate qualified citizens and high-quality talents for the construction of a modern country.The high-quality promotion of the"double reduction"policy in ethnic areas can promote the healthy growth and comprehensive development of students of all ethnic groups,and help to comprehensively promote the study-burden of reduction and efficiency of basic education in ethnic areas,and construct a new pattern of collaborative education in ethnic areas.However,from the perspective of the education practice of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the promotion of"double reduction"policy is faced with difficulties such as breaking through the restriction of the enrollment and examination system,promoting the balanced development of general vocational education and limiting the due role of education subjects.This requires ethnic areas to accelerate the reform of the enrollment and examination system,make efforts to coordinate the development of general vocational education,fully guarantee the participation of education subjects,and ensure the high-quality promotion of the"double reduction"policy.
