Theoretical Logic and Practical Path of School Teacher Ethics Construction
This study focuses on the construction of school ethics as the core issue,clarifying the historical logic of school ethics construction from the perspective of social development,clarifying the practical logic of school ethics construction from the perspective of stage differences,and analyzing the main logic of school ethics construction from the perspective of career development.Research has found that based on the requirements of both macro and micro dimensions,the construction of school teacher ethics needs to be integrated on the basis of paying attention to the differences in different stages and career stages.In order to effectively improve the effectiveness of school teacher ethics construction and the level of teacher ethics development,the practice of school teacher ethics construction should be in accordance with the development trend of the new era on the basis of inheriting traditional excellent teacher ethics elements.On the premise of following the consistency of teacher ethics requirements,attention should be paid to the differences in work at different stages,and on the basis of respecting teachers'career stages,different development needs should be integrated.Through the integrated construction of teacher ethics construction in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools,teachers can be guided to achieve good development of moral order and face increasingly complex social moral changes,educational practice activities,and interpersonal ethical conflicts with higher levels of teacher ethics.
